Yes but due to them being Empire they wont be hosted on Fruit-Emu and will probably be very hard to find

Due to legal reasons Empire requested all ROMS layouts etc were removed from the site.

You can find High Spirits layout and rom over at DAD's FME DADsFME Forums you will have to register first before downloading anything.
