First go to your speaker icon right click it and choose volume mixer then you will see a little icon saying mfme just crank the arrow up make sure you have the layout loaded while your doing it.

Well done on making a small machine for people with poor screens that does not work.
Would your time not be better invested on doing a DX of a working machine with your "skillz"?
If you cannot get the doors to work, have you missed something?
Perhaps a tickbox as I often see plenty of them when I look at layouts. I think it's perhaps better not to rush a release and get it working well rather then something that does not play like the real machine.
