Hey guys, I hope somebody can help me out here.
I downloaded these Mame Roms from another site: Around The World (Version 1.3E CGA) and Around The World (Version 1.3R CGA)
However they are not listed in my Mameui32 available games list.
Is there a way to add them or a way to play them?
These are the zip folder names: atworlda.zip and atworld.zip
Also is there any way to fix these Mame Roms: Bug Fever, Devils Island and Fun River?
Thanks in advance, any help will be greatly appreciated!
P.S. Thanks for the great site!

have you clicked file>audit all games if so check the rom directory corresponds to the one in the options menu
options>directories.
if it dont show up after doing that then i guess they wont run
it could be possible that the roms are not correct mame roms.

Yes, I did all that and the games do not show up.
They are not listed in Mameui32's "All Games" list. (the menu that shows all the games you can download)
Is there anyway to add them?

Maybe these people could help if it's Mame roms?
Announcements - Happy Birthday Retroroms - News : #RetroRoms
If those roms you got are fruit machine roms (sounds from the title like they are Scorpion 5 BFM fruit machine roms?) ... if so, MFME cannot emulate those yet.

No roms in the current MAME set by that name so they are either named wrong or are for something else.
Unzip them and list their contents here for further inspection...

OK, they are definitely MAME Roms, that's for sure.No roms in the current MAME set by that name so they are either named wrong or are for something else.

You are correct this one is not listed in the "All Games" list, that is why I wanted to know if it could be added some how, and played.
They are video slot machines like Cherry Master and Fruit Bonus, commonly found in Casino Arcades.
There are allot of video 8 liner slots made by Amcoe for MAME, most of them work fine, however they are on the "All Games" list.
All of these are made by Amcoe as well: Bug Fever, Devils Island and Fun River are on the list but do not work, Around The World is not listed at all.
Here is what each zip file contains:
atworld - aw13re.id, aw_rom2, aw_rom3, aw_rom4, aw_rom5, aw_rom6, aw13r
atworlda - aw13ex.id, awd13e
They all seem to be .bin files with the exception of the two .id ones.
Hope this helps and thanks!

Well I always have an up to date split set and they are not in mine. Are you using a non-official MAME?

Maybe I should have said they were meant to be MAME Roms.Well I always have an up to date split set and they are not in mine. Are you using a non-official MAME?
I'm using MAMEui32 to play, I got the Roms from a MAME Rom site.
The same one I got all of the other MAME Roms that seem to be working fine.
I think this answers what you were asking me?
Is it possible the game just has not been added yet? I think it's fairly new, and it is newer than the others that work now.

Well if they have not been added then they won't work. I would have thought that would have been obvious.

I guess not.
Do you know how I could possibly bring this to MAME'S attention?

MAME is open source so if you know a coder they might be able to add the drivers for it other wise contact one of the MAME Dev team from the MAME site. Phil Bennet is I believe one that could help you.
