Yes the belt reels got a pissing squeak and its doing my head in.... literally.
I cant get the mechanism off because the screws wont turn off the bolts they just spin freely so i cant get the reel itself off. Im guessing itsw just plastic rubbing against plastic so would a bit of grease do the job ??
Cheers

err thats how "red gaming invincible" is, the way it was built is like that
wipe some dust away by putting cloth under reel (number reels i take it) to reduce squeeking but thats about it me thinks

I fixed it in the end just 1 squirt of WD40 on the motor still works thank fook.
If the reel has been off at some point the screws are on well too tight and probably never come off again.

also the reel band might be to tight where the reel starts and ends and heated together its thicker, if you cut it out at the top and bottom similar size to the black opto mark that will help 2, thats all i did when i work on pubs,

On the particular belt 'Gamesman FlexiBelt' they have a spring on the seconf barrel so that the belt can adjust to its own accord. I see what you mean though, ive seen it done in the arcades before.also the reel band might be to tight where the reel starts and ends and heated together its thicker, if you cut it out at the top and bottom similar size to the black opto mark that will help 2, thats all i did when i work on pubs,
With this one though I just drenched it in WD40 and its fixed it. Cheers.
