Heres another chance for me to look stupid...did Maygay REALLY make a machine on the MPU4 platform?

That wouldn't make the blindest bit of sense, seeing as how they are not a rebuild company :S

Do you mean M1a/M1b rather than MPU4? Well, whichever of the above it is, it can 'in theory' be emulated, as long as the ROMs are available, and not encrypted.

If on the other hand it is based on MPU5 or EPOCH then it can't be done full stop.

How old is the machine? Pub / Club?

Can anyone else comment, just seems weird that Maygay would cross-platform with Barcrest :S

well barcrest im sorry i think your right its not mpu4!! :-? anyway ita about 5 to 6 years old if that helps anything!

they said gamecube could never be done and they have - admittedly its not very easy to confiure and ya need a hefty pc with a graphics card the size of our dustbin to run it but - non the less they have emulated it.

what about partytime - what technology is this?? this is in the making 'cos its starting to appear on some websites ????

I'm sure someone somewhere will take the challenge and emulate it oneday..

What BB means is the tech is just too new.....With Partytime, what you see is a hybrid (just the graphics with a totally different ROM)
