I work for Quicksilver, i dunno which sites you are all goin in but we certainly dont let people reserve machines for over 2 hours on our site like some do, we have a max of 30 mins and that is only allowed once a day, for the hoggin machines yeah i agree we do have a few customers in particular who can sit and play 3 machines all day but if they choose a popular machine and we have a few customers waiting to go on it we will ask them to give one of the machines up, and as for the tokens, yeah we run out once a week on them, not when a particular person comes in.

Whilst certainly good in that you are willing to be public, and speak out for Quicksilver, as you say, you can only speak for the site you work for.

Unfortunately, from my own experience of the three sites in Derby, it is a very common occurrence, though the site located next to Zanzibar, is the better managed out of the three.

Now this is in stark contrast to the JEM group (James Mellor), who have several sites in the Nottingham / Derby area (The two in Long Eaton area, I often visit), where the service is first rate, and none of the aforementioned stuff happens, with a max of 10 mins for reserving a machine.

Have got 2 say never seen machines with reserving signs on them only in casino's, the way i look at it if you got the money 2 play x amount of machines at the same time go 4 it, the most i play at once is 2 max but do see people playing all the pt's etc, but i have no problem with it.

I completely agree, we have customers comin from other sites in our area that say the treatment they receive is appaling, ive lost count of the complaints weve received but ( not being big headed ) we have one of the best run sites in our area, unlike some, we actually look after all of our customers

Ok i have 2 amusements in my town one is a local and very popular place not ran by any the big guns.. then there's nobles... i hate nobles with a passion as they only have shit loads of grannies machines and the 500 quid jackpot machines and in one corner 2 DOND machines!!

Any way i was in nobles today as am self baned from other and had a lapse, and its got 1 person on 3 machines or 1 person playing 2 and 2 reserve tickets on the machines.. it really blows me when i cant play classic oxo machines etc as these fuds are hogging them all..

i used to be a heavy gambler now thanks to company's like nobles and ppl like that i rarely gamble not fun or rewarding any more

it's not right that in my amusements they have created a rule that if there is credit in the machine it's technically classed as "reserved" and there playing another 1 or 2 as well whilst leavint the original and then they come back to that one last. there can be as many as 5 people doing it at any 1 time. it's pathetic. why can't they play one and give other people a chance for a change

Yeah..the very same thing happened to me the other week when i was in 'said arcade chain'

I was playing a 3 player multiplayer and was playing on number 3..and after it stealing £25 odd off me in about 5 mins i thought..eff that ive had enough of that crap.

With the £15 or so i had left i went onto Party Games and got up..and won £55 odd..so i thought right..ok im going back onto number 3 as it must be due summat surely.

Just about to collect my bank and some fat bird came up from away at the back of the arcade and stuck a quid in it.

Damn i thought..too late..aww well thats the way it goes i spose..BUT THEN..she fooks off back to the machine she was playing originally..and leaves the 4 credits in the machine.

Im like...ermmm wanna make up yer mind what machine your actually playing likes ? as you cant play 2 at the one time..your no that good.

I mean WTF is that all about ?
