well as for 2010 being gamble free it hasnt worked out :(.... i won £1000 online but a week later put all that and more back in :(.... so its best for me to stick to the decent fruitys

this 1 machine "Barcrest Golden Keys" has been a very big earner for me and its only £5 jp... 82% payout though :o

dont know how you all rate that machine... for me its probably been the best machine iv played... a very simple "method" always gets me a profit... on the last 9 visits to the arcade to play this machine anyways (always holding any keys, never taking any nudge/normal wins unless it spins them in or is "let em spin)

today was probably the best profit from it...

£20 put in, £65 out :o.... got 3 keys to have the super spins... paid £14... then the keys could be held again... instantly more super spins which gave £10, then as i was playing another machine someone went on it, put in about £3, got nothing... i went back to it... put in £2... got nudges which gave JP repeat chance for £10, then 2 spins later i was on the keys board again which paid £15 :o

dunno if anyone else sees that machine as a big earner but if it keeps on paying everytime like that i'll be in the arcade 2 or 3 days a week on it :D

Since when is golden keys a barcrest machine? (apparently it is, according to Captian Haddocks classic layout) It certainly isn't freakin' generous in £25 mode. I used to play this a lot in real life.

Incedently, Has a DX been done for this?

no dx done :(.... i played the classic a minute ago... i see what you mean about the "tightness" on 25jp...

the £5jp 1 i play doesnt have the extra "showtime" feature... it seems if you put in about £6 or so into it and dont take any possible nudge wins, when you get on the board its likely to pay over £10, or if not another key feature will come in a few spins later... hmmm

Must say this is the most horrific machine ive ever played, £20 in board for £2 then nothing for a tenner and maybe £1 or £2 every £4 of spins. Shit.

that was on £25jp tho?

the difference is the £5jp doesnt have the "showcase" feature at the top... which may lower what it pays out on some boards

it was pretty strange when i played it cause once i had emptied the 1st load of cash from it today that other guy went on it... £3 in not anything from it... then i go back on... whack a few quid in then get repeat jp and a fair chunk more from the keys feature

it tends to be more generous with the key feature, especially if nudge win has been £3 or £4 (on £5jp) and youve nudged away from winning thoese amounts

gonna be doing some serious testing with that machine next week when i get paid

There is a g keys machine near me. Not sure if it's £5 or £25 JP. I think it's £5, if so will give it a shot and post here tomorrow.

must have mis-read something here?

you lost £1000 playing and then converted yourself to £5 jackpot machines?

lmao... the £1000 loss was after a £1000 win with online gambling... which made me realise the "safer" bet for my wallet is to stick to low steak fruitys...

even had my fair share of £70 jp machines this year, put in £80+ into the pacman zone machine... most it offered was £20 :(.... then went onto the "casino 5 liner" next to it... £10 later and i was on the red note shots for £70 :D.... but still lost due to pacman so again i find them too risky for my wallet :(

c0nfu53d - good idea, if it is the £5jp, at 82% (or 80 something anyway) should give a standard profit..

Unfortunatly the machine in question is actully lo tech crazy fruits. I made the mistake because to be honest I had avoided it. Plus the reels have keys on them and features is triggered by 3 keys in view, like golden keys. It was also a £25 jp so I gave it a wide berth and played holy grail instead.

You what?!?!

You mean a profit for the arcade.. it's not there for you to make off, 82% is still way less than 100%!!!

I'm telling you now, you have just got lucky on this machine, you will lose in the long run if you continue to play it.

Intresting, maybe you should keep a written record of the money you put in and get out - and see if your still up in 2 months time...

Its possible that the machine has a flat battery which could this kind of problem with over paying. Or you could just be very lucky and people are feeding the machine for you.
