What red gamming you got a genesis or a horizon. If it`s a genesis a nv4 parallel or if you got a horizon nv4 set to cctalk/serial other then that easy as P.

Aye, definitely has to be easy - even I managed to do it.
In fact, I even managed to reprogram my NV4 with the new note-faces, so it'd take the latest £20 notes.
A bit of fiddling, and you're sorted!

Hi I'have a problem ,
The NV4 note acceptor not taking any notes on Bell fruit machines (Cops and Robbers Gold and Platinum, and on Bullseye)
I'have tried to set up the BNV code on test mode but it coming a funny error - BNV Not Recognise, dos'n give me to change the BNV at all.
But if I put a note in the note acceptor during a test mode - works perfectly
The hopper is full and the dip switch 8 is ON
Any ideas?
Thank You!

Your Nv4 need to be programmed as Nv4 CC/Talk. But an old machine like you should be using a NV4 parallel. Ok turn machine off connect Nv4 up boot machine up. Now if you can`t see a BNV key on your Nv4. Don`t try putting any key in. Reboot machine now check your float should see it has changed and at the booting up stage the nv4 should of tryred to start also.
How ever if it was a BNV key nv4 the key has been use and needs to be reset. (Only know how to reset these using a DA1 programmer)
