how do folks im pretty new to this but im having problems when i load some games the machine and everything loads up ok but then nothing happens it doesnt switch on this is happening quite a lot in fact the only game i got working is road hog, what am i doing wrong please help

first of all i would suggest using the right version of the emu for the layout your using
sencondly check to make sure youve got both rom+layout
thirdly load game up from game manager then click configuration then go down to the bottom then set speed to something like 999999 then once game runs change it to a slower speed so that its not moving too fast.

Yeah do what douga said and for the newer type game you will need mfme10.1 or 9.4 and for the older stuff,mfme3.2 and below.how do folks im pretty new to this but im having problems when i load some games the machine and everything loads up ok but then nothing happens it doesnt switch on this is happening quite a lot in fact the only game i got working is road hog, what am i doing wrong please help
