How many players are arsenal going to lose this way that 3 in 5 years with a broken leg and they say people dont go in harder when they are playing arsenal. I just hope ramsey is ok he is a great young player for arsenal and wales. I respect the stoke manager and players for the way they acted after the game but managers need to stop saying this is arsenal try to bully them off the field and things like this wouldnt happen so often.

Sorry Bruce..but I truly believe you are utter paranoid and it all stems from your Manager who, even at the best of times, is a whinger.
I support Stoke and have done for 30 years. Ryan Shawcross was crying when he was sent off because he realised the extent of the injury. Nobody has it in for Arsenal and they deserved to win tonight, but what I hate, as with most other so-called BIG clubs is the constant whining, whinging and moaning that follows when you lose. FACT!!!

Your right i hate that when teams moan and our manager is one of the worse your right there he bugs me sometimes but what im saying is managers say to there players go out there and get in there faces bcos its arsenal and they think it will help them beat arsenal and thats when things like this happen like i said i respect the way the player and the manager acted after the game i just hate the fact teams think lets kick them about and we will beat them thats not what football is about in my eyes

The problem was that both players where committed to the challenge. Their was no malicious intent from Shawcross, and his reaction was key to this. As much as a I feel sorry Ramsey, this is football and the Premier League.
We pride our league on its physical presence and at times this is the unfortunate downfall.
If you want a still picture have a look here. Not for the faint hearted.
