well 4 the first time last night MFME 10.1 loaded up straight away, and i was able 2 play all my fav bandits for the first time. I was playing mostly £15 and £25 machines and everyone played well, anyway my problem is that 9 times out of 10 when i try 2 run MFME it doesnot load up straight away ? normally takes a few mins, then it wont run any game, in task manager it says that the program u have selected is iether STILL RUNNING or NOT RESPONDING !! PLS can anyone help me out with some info as i dont understand why the emulator will run 1time then not at all ? by the way im on windows xp, PLS help !! cheers

What sounds do you use? Are you using on-board sound, or are you using a separate sound card? If you're using on-board sound, try and update your drivers and see if it makes a difference. The link to the drivers is here: http://www.realtek.c...3&GetDown=false

You must be using on-board sound then. And if that's the case, it's more than likely that the reason you were getting erratic behaviour from MFME was down to the drivers not being updated.

I too suffered from intermittent loading until I read this post and updated my audio drivers. Works every time now...Cheers Ploggy
