I respect your post but you must note that we do add the layouts here and on other sites Tommy makes a point of it we have been told we shouldn't add layouts as new releases cos it will flood this site and I can understand that so we are doing what we have been told to do and yet we are still being told we are wrong yes we are a new site but we are getting are own flyers and images to work from but we all have to start somewhere but im sure people know it ain't easy to get flyers we have a budget to buy them but we need to find them first we have also been going to arcades like Mr P's to get photos and images of reels and more to help all sites but it takes time to get them all done as a Dx and all photos will be added to Cliff's for other people to use we don't keep layouts to ourself its free to join site we ain't telling people they can't have layouts if they want to play them they will be added to other sites and im sure people can wait a couple of weeks I mean they have waited years for some machines whats 2 weeks that's all I have to say we wouldn't post layouts on our site that have been done by anyone else without asking out of respect I thought that was the same for all sites ?
I wasn't trying to justify what has happened. I was simply pointing out what generally happens in these scenario's. Maybe a different angle is needed. Your initial post seemed to indicate that it's Fruit EMU doing this. That the site is to blame. Who's told you that you are doing things wrong? I believe if you did everything 100% by the book, amicably and without standing on anyones toes, or did everything in a nasty, evil way, this result would still happen. unfortunately, it's the human nature of the FME scene.
The layout got posted here. So theres obviously a member of your site who's grabbed the layout and either posted it here themselves, or have passed it on to someone else to post. The initial post of the release here doesn't break any forum rules as far as I'm aware, although there will be others that may be better qualified to determine wether rules have been broken or not.
Moving a little further. What if these layouts were released at Fruit Forums and not here? Which I'm surprised they haven't been yet. I'm pretty sure that the response over there would be short, sharp and not to your liking. Thats not me saying that Fruit Forums doesn't like you or anything. I don't know of anyone, new or old, who would have provoked a different response. I say this because past experiences of similar situations that I've witnessed over the years pretty much all end up like that.
