has monty carlo been emulated yet?.its the one with bank raid and roll the dice.and the dislay is in video format?

There is not one on here. Also you need to use search and not the shoutbox! Also you need to spell it correctly.

There is a version of Monte Carlo over on DX'Cellent, however it is a MPU4 layout, in the MFME Layouts (F-O Section) which was made by Pook.
The video version of Monte Carlo or Bust has not been emulated.
