Hi I'm brand new to the forum and just want to say thanks for having me before I fire a question at the experts
I've spotted a £25 jackpot cluedo machine for sale. I haven't actually played on real machines since the days of £5 jackpot but I seem to remember this being a good one. Is it the same game with a bigger jackpot?

Can not say I ever remember this machine on £25 JP
Got the manu's name, or better yet, a pic of it?
Got three machines myself, but looking at getting rid of a JPM Clubber (Give Us A Break) soon, due to a poss house move (She's heavy as hell, but very well built, and full sets of decals, etc)

Me, just 10 mins from East Midlands Airport, between J24 / 25 M1.
As for the machine you are looking at.... it's a BFM / Mazooma Scorp 4, poss even a 5, so with a stake / prize key,. I would think you would be able to set whatever options you want.

So do you think it's a good buy then?

It's a bit on the pricey side IMO, though you are dealing with an actual trade seller, so the support will generally be better.
EDIT..... looks like they are including transport, so actually quite a good buy for the price, considering most shipping agents charge £50+

Brilliant thanks for replying. It's a lot of money to part with but I think I'm gonna go for it as an early birthday present

Advance are OK, great delivery times and aftersales was OK as well. However the machine was missing a part when I got it and STILL I haven't got round to fixing it It works, but the coins don't go into the payout tray, they'll just fall to the bottom of the machine.
Other than that though it works nicely.
They also supplied the machine with FIXED stake/prize keys and not variable, so make sure you check that they have some DIPswitches on the keys before you ask how to do it and get muddled at all. anything else, we'll be happy to help

This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.
If you are more interested in playing modern machines,
visit Jackpottyforums
(DOND is around now on this site..... How long was this sig out of date...!)

Good to know that the aftersales isn't all talk As for dipsticks and what have you....I'm clueless lol. I'm really just gonna use it at home as a piggy bank so I guess setting it on mean is as good as anything else
Thanks again for the feedback. I like it here!

you can set it on 94% and it'll still play awful. I hate this machine, had it in a pub near me for well over 12 months, set to £35 with some rather crappy decals that were near see through. Never seen it Jackpotted, and the super game thing it has instead of the standard reel game is just a waste of space.
