For about the last week or so Ive been having major trouble getting this site to load. I have to refresh loads of times before it'll finally come in, but once I am in it seem sto work ok briefly. Am I alone or is it a known error?

I tried replying to a post the other day and eventually gave up as when I went to post it kept coming up as not available, try again.

Normally things get fixed in time but havent seen any posts about it so thought best to ask.

The most grief ive had is sometimes when you log-in it says 'Thank you' please wait while we re-direct you or click here if you do not wish to wait.

Most of the times thats pretty instant..but other times your waiting 30-45 secs or more and i just click here if i do not wish to wait.

No biggie..probably just IE8 acting ghey again..apart from that its been fine.
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)

Yes! "Tommy C" posted the same question a couple of weeks ago. It would appear several members, myself included, are experiencing difficulties accessing the site. Have been reassured it not a problem with the site. See the original post/replies for more info.

I had big problems getting on the site in the evenings and could only get on the next day after that.I switched to an open dns and everythings fine apart from getting the odd connection was reset which lasts for about 10 mins then it's fine again.

Although it's a serious thread, I do tend to look for the humour in most things. This is classic "are you asleep yet?" kind of subject. If you did have problems getting on here you couldn't tell others that you did, and vice versa.

Ahh well..

Ha Ha Pimp.

Me phones helpdesk at work to report my PC is buggered and cannot log into the network. Waited for a day doing things locally and going to meetings, then phoned them back to ask for an ETA for a fix. "Oh we sent you an email yesterday about half an hour after you rang".
