Hi,

I've just come back from a pub where I was playing Count Yer Cash. I managed to get mega streak which gave me £95. I was happy to call it a day, so I pressed collect. I collected £5 at a time. When it got to £76, I could hear the machine whirring. Next thing, it flashed up 'hopper jam.'

I managed to get the barman's attention who switched it off and back on again. Same thing, hopper jam.

I was informed that they have to get the games company out. I have been given a claims docket and have been told to expect a call regarding the outcome.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I stand on this?

Sounds pretty fair to me, the barman may not have access (as he suggests) and that you'll need to wait for the engineer.

Should you then not be reimbursed i'd say differnt....i'd worry about that though 'as-and-when'
