Hi,
I have followed the installation guide on the tutorial for the JPEMU installation, but once it is installed and i click on the icon, 2 error messages appear:
"The JPEMU.EXE file is linked to missing export DSOUND.DLL DirectSoundCreate8."
The next message behind it says "C:Program FilesJPEMUjpemu.exe. A device attached to the system is not functioning."

Why are these messages appearing? I really want to play this machine

Any help would be much appreciated...

This sounds like you may have a Microsoft Direct X problem. Does Direct X work for you games or do you have it installed at all.

No, I don't think I have Direct X installed, but im going to have a search for it now and see if it works. Thanks for your help :wink:

Ive installed the latest version of Direct X on my PC, but my JPEMU still isn't working, oh well, looks like I'll have to stick with my MPU3/4
