It Can't be done as far as i know, the technology hasn't been emulated

hes a spammer, even if I did create it, no chance would I see the £50 profit, and of course its english pounds, unless this guy is a foreigner (someone from lets say, china (ring a bell to the ebay rip-offs)

Lol, £50 really? Wow. You are aware that a good programmer can get £3-400k a year in the right job? And £65k is about average, so your measly £50 is a bit of an insult really given the THOUSANDS of hours work required to make an emulator of that tech.
