Ive noticed that grannies always seem to win on bar x machines and win big too! Is there some sort of sensor that spots it a granny, feels sorry for it and pays out?

I believe it's because when they get a jackpot or a 10 pound win they always keep hitting the hold buttons as fast as their fragile fingers let them then the machine realizes who is playing & it always holds!

I once saw a granny get a jackpot hold & her dentures fell out!! As horrible as this might sound I couldn't help but piss myself with laughter when I got outside. :evil:

Thats true the arcade down by me we have a bar x £15 and i can nether manage to win on it think ive hit the biggy once which is £55. Allways see older people winning and havent a clue how they do it maybe you are right jokarr69 its somthing to do with banging the buttons as much as you can. I'll have to try it sometime when I have about £100 on me because they love to eat your money..

There is a granny in my local and these are the only machines she plays, she taps the glass with a piece of coal every time she gets a win.

My old man (father) plays barx's a lot and he is getting on a bit. I think the trick is to keep tapping the buttons after a win. Works for him, why not the rest of us?

Well i went on a £25 bar X the other day £6 in JP out!! I can never usually get them to pay out!! Must admit i don't see many senior citizens in the arcades near me.

Ive played these a few times, most ive ever won was £4 and that cost me 3 times that to win :/

Grannies only win on Bar X and the like because of the stench of rotten cabbage that hangs around their bodies. Lets face it, you can't blame a machine for spewing it's guts at the wiff of rotten cabbage in an attempt of getting the granny to move on.

Incedentally, grannies that don't smell of cabbage have been known to win too on these machines. The reason for this is due to them slavvering over the buttons and dribbling over the seats.

I bet you a tenner that if you rub yourself in rotten cabbage leaves, and wear some defective incontinence pants and take a leak whilst sat down playing Party time Arean, I bet you get on the top game without even putting money in the thing.

Even machines have feelings you know!

Is it not a good thing that the poor punter who lost £100 has indirectly helped some old biddy survive the cold for another week during the winter months.

I have to say that in all the years that i have been playing fruit machines nothing scares me more than the look you get off a granny when you go on a machine (that she was about to go on or had been playing) and win. but of all the grannys who play fruit machines the ones who play oxo machines are the worst closley followed by any granny who is waiting to play the machine in a social club after the bingo :evil:

There MUST be a smell of piss indicator built into the fruit machine which pays out just to get rid of them out of the arcade....

granny,s with a pension pass always win on barxs example today £5.00 in a barx today and i won £10.00 and a £25.00 so i was quite happy. and bugger me an old granny went on after i left it and £25.00 dropped in and held off just £2.00 but like they do she stayed on it and got about another £40.00 anyone seen granny,s on the high tech?
