Does anyone with Zonealarms ever get a message asking if 'Motive Chorus Daemon' can access the internet?

I have gotton a variety of answers from various Google searchs, but still I cant find a straight answer. Some think it is some sort of spyware used by your ISP or Microsoft, some say it is a harmless program that runs in the background to help with online support.

Three days ago I got an error message saying that my XP Operating System was damaged. After that message I got nothing but more and more error messages, I dont understand how an Operating System can suddenly become corrupt for no apparent reason. After reinstaling XP things are working fine, though I had to spend hours removing Worms which I dont understand how I got so many in a short space of time connected to the internet without a firewall instaled.

Now things are runnig OK im gonna make sure I keep on top of it. I've got the best firewall and the two top Anti-Virus software running live checks. Im not letting any of these so called harmless program access the internet. Which brings me back to my question; Does anyone know anything about 'Motive Chorus Daemon'?

Thanks!
