Ya lamps are wrong....
When you get MONEY MAD MARTIAN (UPGRADED) feature, instead of the RED NOTES flashing, the MONEY MAD MARTIAN logo flashes.
Same problem I had with mine 2 years ago - hence why I never released it.

The notes going RED is not the problem.
When on the top feature - the RED NOTES do not flash, the logo flashes instead of the notes.
In the wild - the RED NOTES flash when on the top feature (so you know what you are awarded)
This is why my release of almost 2 years ago never got released.
