hi guys my problem is - i had £20 of £1 coins in the hopper then i won £3.60 on it and the machine just froze and didnt pay out.Now every time i have a win it keeps freezing. is it because i won an odd amount and the machine only pays out in £1 coins? is it possible to reset the machine? any help would be appreciated

If so does it have a 10 or 20p hopper?

It may be a jam in the hopper. Just take the hoppers out and see if there is.

Try and write down how many green and red lights flash when it errors on the mpu bored and that should tell you what the problem it.

I have the same problem with mine atm and all I have to do it wiggle the hopper and it will work again.

It only has a £1 hopper but gives me wins off an odd amount? Are you sure that the machine is not ment to round the 10/20p wins upto £1?

Just seems very strange to have a machine that dont have a 10 or 20p hopper that have wins with 10+p wins

yes you are right it does round the wins up to £1. i emptied the hopper and put £30 in but it still freezes when i have a win.

could be you have it on £5 jackpot settings, and machine was originaly a higher jackpot that only payed £1 coins, with the lower jackpot may need a 10p or 20p hopper fitting

Try changing the jackpot and price of play, then back to the setting you had it on. this will clear the ram and reset things on the machine like, float level and clear all last wins and banks blah blah. Other wise, try a differnt jackpot setting and keep it on the setting if it works.
