Wont Boot Up No Alarm Code Help!

Hi all im new to the site and have aquired a club machine called who wants to be a millionhare, problem is i turn it on and it wont boot up reel 3 flickers slightly and if you press the buttons reels 1 2 and 4 also flick but there is no alarm code as there is no dislay, its an epoch mpu with 6 green leds they all light up except the vdisp one also checked for battery leakage and there is none, ive checked the psu fuses and as far as i can see there are two which are fine are there any others on it???also just found that once hopper is plugged in and power is on it is on constant tryin to spit the coins out while empty, would apprciate any help as its doin my head in thanks

I think im the guy that gave you this machine
Just thinking back, when I emptied the hopper, i disconnected it from the main board and took the whole of the hopper out to empty it.
I'm not sure that i reconnected it when I put it back in
Just check it to see if all connections are in place on the hopper

I've know machines to do this when the game eproms have been inserted with one or more of the pins on the prom being bent and not inserted correctly,

another suggestion is that you check to put about £30 of pound coins in the hopper (just incase its still trying to payout wins from last time?

yes it is the machine off you i have not give in yet still tryin to find out what the vdisp l.e.d is on the main board and see if it should be on cos its the only one off
