Hi,
I am having issues with the touch screen on my gamebox.
The touchscreen in non-responsive. I have searched the interwebs but so far have not found a definate answer.

The Green LED doesn't light up so I purchased a new controller (Ebay) but that didn't do anything either.

The manuals for the touch screen controller say about powering the device, but I have read a WWTBAM manual which doesn't show otherwise.

If someone could guide me in the wright derection I would be extremely grateful :notworthy:

If the touchscreen controller does not light up then either theres no power or its faulty, but sounds like its not connected fron the pc tray.

If a touchscreen controller does go faulty they do light up but stay dim even when the touchscreen is touched.

What you need to see is a green light in dim mode and every touch on the touchscreen will give a brighter green light to show contact.

Look at the bottom of your machine and see if its connected via the powersupply with a 4 pin plug, not to be confused with the touchscreen controller d-plug shown on the tray.

EXTREME FACEPALM

After reading your post I went to check and noticed three cables coming out where the touch screen plugs into the controller... follow them down and hay presto... not plugged in!

I thank you very much for your assistance!!

One other thing.. I have another 4way plug not plugged in... Is the hopper powered by this to (This one isn't so easy to trace back but will try it later)

That should power the fan on the rear of the machine.

Glad you got it working ok.
