PLEASE HELP, as i dont know what files to extract when i download them. all that comes up is a load of writing when i click on files to extract.

just extract all the files to one folder for each machine.

You need to firstly download the emulators

When you download a game remember what it operates on MFME JPM etc and using the Emu emulator (above) open the machine in the corresponding format.
