I put my screen on smallesst 1024 by 768 but i still can see bottom of most roms is there anyways i can make em smaller so i can see

when you download a rom/classic/ whatever it will have a screen size
you can get 1024 on most machines now as peeps still releasing for the lower class screen sizes......................... (team mad cater for all)
if you got your monitor set at max.then you can not see but still play usin keyboard shortcuts...........................
otherwise get the 1024 or bigger monitor..otherwise no other methed of veiwing ..unless u wanna redo it yourself......
