Hi,

Hopefully someone can help me out - I have a Red Hot Notes machine with no documents or user guides, recently its been displaying 13 when the door is open and 26 when the door is closed - I'm guessing these are error messages??


Is anyone able to advise what the problem may be or where I can source a user manual from? (I've tried the obvious - Google, eBay...)

One of the guy's will help you with the error code...in the meantime though...

Red Hot Notes, I believe was using Barcrests MPU5 or poss 4 boards, and not the normally expected bell-fruit scorp4, though I could be wrong.

Give the following guides a try, and see if they are of any use....

Code 13 is a problem with the 10p hopper and after emptying it out I found a 10p jammed!

I feel a bit embarrassed about it being something so simple but that user guide will be very handy for the future!
