/me still sees gazza, and mccalister, funnily enough, missing a penalty....
it aint all on one game, since other game was 0-0, that dont hurt as much, if, no sorry, when we qualify and kick ass for real, the English of us here WILL make you scottish arses SICK with our gloating...
p.s., did I mention we at least QUALIFIED, ah yes, so I did...
p.p.s to the guy with the % and population figures and how england should be 31 times better than N Ireland, we might have 50 mill people in our country, but take away Irish, Scottish, Asians (20 mill, lol) and we aint got that many who are actually damn English!!!!!
p.p.p.s did I say Scotland were leading in a important qualifying match against holland after first leg and crumbled to pieces like minnows in a big pond do, ah yes, again, I did..........

I dont rub in the the fact the Welsh, Scottish are N.Ireland arent as successful as England but what really makes me rub in any slight advantage England have over said teams it when someone talks to me with a GIGANTIC chip on their shoulder. Then i just have to laugh at their misery.
Who really gives a flying shit about N.Ireland's team....I could name 2 players..laughable is the fact your team is shit and no one cares. Oh apart from a measly 1.6 million peeps weighed down by chips.
Oh and you might want to mention to your team in that small country of yours...youre probably so close to them (with N.Ireland being so small) that the GOALS ARE THE WHITE STICKY THING AT EACH END OF THE PITCH. OH THAT WOULD BE IF ALL YOUR PLAYERS WHO ARE DECENT ARNT IN f*****g ENGEEERRLLLAAANNND!!!!!!!!!

World Cup 2002..we lost to Brazil...erm one of the world's best teams. Weare in Euro 2004 u arnt....neither the Welsh or the Scottish. If you can only laugh at our defeats remember those two points above. oh and bookies seem to think England are still 4 or 5th favourites. I dont think we'll win but I can sit down and watch my country's team play and lead a game against France (did I mention theyre one of the best teams in thew world) and get involved with the raw emotion from watching your own team. What do you mean you don't think England can win? If it wasn't for some bad luck on Beckhams part and a slight problem of self destruction in the last few minutes of the match, we would be joint favourites with France to win the tournament.
Theres no denying that things could have been a little bit better but if we can lock down world class players like Henry and Zidane for the full 90 instead of the first 80, theres no doubt in my mind that we have the best team capable of winning honours for England for as long as i've been alive.
A blip in the plan thats all. England have a nasty habit of playing substandard in the first couple of matches of a tournament. We've seen it all before. Lets hope the game against France was also the slow starter match. If thats the case, we're in for some spectacular football over the coming weeks.

Well N.Ireland aren't that great a team and it's a bit like watching, um, how can i discribe it......Have you ever seen the episode of Father Ted with the 'annual all preist over 75 five-a-side football challenge match'?....... kind of like that but without the humor.
I'll be going for England on Thursday, and I wouldn't mind seeing them win the cup, as long as it doesn't create months/years/decades of hearing "we're so much better than yous, ya bunch of Irish/Welsh/Scotish B*****ds"
