Here are a couple of DX's for a JPM SYS 5 machine called Fairground Attraction Club. One is set to £200/20p, and the other is on a dual jackpot/stake of £200/100 - 20/10p. So pick whichever one you fancy. You'd be an April Fool not to! :)

They're both 1600x1200 resolutions, but can also be played on MFME3.2 on lower resolutions with the 'Rescale' feature.

Folks who made these layouts possible are:

djdonkey, for pictures, decals and also the sound rom. HTS, for the start on the base layout. Muppet, for testing the layout. And also Usagi, for the glass/reel images too! :)

Shortcuts for both layouts are:

Cancel - `
Hold 1 - 1
Hold 2 - 2
Hold 3/HI - 3
Hold 4/LO - 4
Collect - C
Exchange - E
Gamble/10p Play - G (On dual stake layout)
Start/20p Play - Space (On dual stake layout)
£1 Insert - 0

Enjoy!

Hi, just downloaded your machine, many thanks first of all.
Just one thing, the machine runs very very slowly and wandered what I have to do to make it run
fruit machine style speed.
The sound is fine and to time, it just takes the reels 3-5 seconds to land.
I know on the bellfruit emulators there is a setting on configuration to change the speeds, but can't
find it on the mfme emulators???
Can anybody help, plus what is the easiest way to know what emulator to use (e.g 2, 3 3.1)
when downloading a machine as some don't say.
Many thanks.

I believe this runs on the JPM emulator but can also be run on MFMEv3.2.

With 3.2 load up the game and then goto File>Prefrences and check the 'auto-throttle' box.
With JPM emulator..load up the game..goto Options that will bring up the configuration box..youll see the 'speed' section..select auto or increase the speeds in 50's or 100's till you get it perfect.

Thanks ploggy for this smashin lookin machine..all these clubbers recently..ill be a covert before i know it. :)
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)

No, doesn't run in jpm emulator, just tried it.
When you say check the auto-throttle box, what exactly do I then do with it?
Thanks.

Looks to me like a classic case of out-dated sound drivers. If you're on XP, and use onbard sound, try and update them and see if it makes a difference. The drivers are here: http://www.softwarep...ities/ac97.html

Mystery Spin uses built-in, synth sounds mate. The emulator needs updating to support early Sys 80 sounds. It doesn't use separate sounds.
