File Name: Casino Crazy Fruits Gold Wdx

File Submitter: Tommy.C

File Submitted: 19 Apr 2011

File Category: Scorpion 4

Heres a couple of £5 dx's of the well known casino crazy fruits, one is 25p/£5 and the other is 10p/£5.This was a request by a member so here it is.Prefer mocos £25 dx myself but each to there own. Thanks to the rom uploader, flyer uploader and the mfme creators.Plays in both mfme 10.1 and plays abit quicker in 9.4 for those with slower pc's.Please note you will need to crank your volume back up in volume control,as this is one of those scorp 4's that turns it down itself./this is a 1280 dx but i've left the bottom of the cabinet on so it also fits 1024 monitors aswell.

Enjoy.

Nice layout as is always been the case from you bud.

One question I do have for all though, and it's why do they mark this one as gold, when I have seen various stake / jp versions of this casino machine before, NOT using the gold name?

Could it be, that this is a re-build par chance?

EDIT..... There is one thing I have spotted though which may explain this..... Earlier versions did not have a note acceptor fitted, but this one has, and also notice on the re-fitted one in the local arcade here, had had a separate notes in module fitted just above the first hold reel, yet still has the non gold glass fitted.

Cheers Tommy..one of my fav lo-techs..the one they had at my local bowling played really well. :)

Infact almost a little too well..i remember going up there with the kids and looking for a note changer that actually worked..walked past this machine it was on 25p/£25 and could hear the music going for 'collect' ..

Looked at it..theres 3 bells sitting on the winline with £25 in the bank..and no-one anywhere near it...hmmm..had a quick look about..waited..collected..£25 came out..aww well that was easy money..£25 for fk all..gave the kids a fiver each..then thought..im gonna stick another quid in this..

It only went n held..TWICE !!! for another £50 collected that and fked off quick style lol..so all in all that was a pretty good return..£0 (apart from the quid i had to put in for the holds) in £75 out. :)

Still dont know till this day why it was like that or if anyone was playing it before or what...guess ill never know but im not complaining lol.

Anyway..that was a wee story i remember well about this machine..Cheers again. :)
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)

I aint got a clue why it's called gold as it's no different from what i've seen and i've played a good 4 ton through it.The only difference i can see is the notey and this one has a dot alpha display, feck knows why as it don't do anything the bfm led display doesn't.I can't beleive they havent even put a jackpot tune in for the bells when you get em in normal play.Sloppy imo the original red casino version is alot better.
