Well today is the day, I personally think its a load of polony if i'm honest.
Agreed, with the country in a mess right now having something to bring all together may be nice...mabey not?
Can the Country afford it right now?...will the monies bought in more than compensate?

Although I've voted that I really don't care about the wedding itself, it's a proud day to be British so I'll celebrate that fact

Have been watching it since this morning and makes you proud to be English.
An estimated £1bn income for the country is in no way a waste of tax payers money regardless of how much money it took to put on.
Also you can't put a monetary amount on the 'feel good' factor it generates for the country in a time that some people are having a hard time.

Anything that brings the people of this great country of ours is good ,and lets not forget this lad is a proud service man who's been to war zones and will go again if he's aloud some of the royals are annoying but this lad is likeable and his wife is good on the eye.i would rather he was next king instead of charles as he's a bit of a helmet

I'm not a royalist but they couldn't have plastered anymore makeup on her if they tried.. Seen many prettier brides who's dress and makeup cost 100th of hers... Why is their special day anymore worth celebrating than the couple up the road who got married last week??? And yes costs lots of extra money... Loads of people can't afford weddings at the moment so I can't believe this is the right time to celebrate caviar and corgis... Personal opinion (if I was doing one of my rants I'd probably talk about lady guillotine... But I'm in a good mood with a holiday looming)...

It's been nice to have the gf of my back for the day. I watched when they came onto the balcony and kissed, it flashed me back to Dianas wedding. He did a better job on the kiss than his dad. I think charles way way too old fashoned for her.
