There arent really any tools, People use Visual Basic, Flash and things like that, but there are no real fruit sim tools...
Its just programming and your imagination really.

Thank you fore your reply buzzin_nutta!
okey...was hoping that there were some tools, but I don`t know if it will be possibel to create these tolls, since I dont understand the tech behind machines.
thank you

The difference between the Emu's on here and sim's is that A sim is coded by you. For example, it doesnt use a tech, it uses code you make (usually spins in wins according to a set %age that you have set.)
the machines are usually lo-tech american slot machine style, and quite boring to play. (Pete's PT sim being one exception!)
But no, there are no tools yet apart from Visual Basic and stuff, but they arent fruity-specific so it's pretty hard to do!

Thak you fore your reply buzzin_nutta!
You are right, I was thinking of some tolls that were fruity-specific.
I have also seen a lot of the simulations on the net, and you are right, they are really boring and lo-tech(except Pete's PT sim).
Where I`m from (Denmark), the machines are really hi-tech, and has a lot of features, and most importent of all, they have big stakes 1/1200 is normal..even for the older machines. But they dont have this gambeling kind of thing, that I dont understand, since we all know that there are not any real gambeling going on...the machine alredy knows what it want to pay out...we have some lucky games..features like bingo, wheel whit bonus prices, nudge stepping on time, and normal stepping..and a lot more. Astra has made some danish games years ago..and perhaps some of the emulated manufactors? ..just hoping :)
I know it is not likely, that we are going to se any of these games, as I was told in my other tread called "No mpu5 but new international mpu 3/4"
Thank you fore taking the time to explain me about the emulation "tolls" :)

the user barcrest was in the process of making a sim kit, it was looking very promising but i think he abandoned it when nobody made a layout for it. maybe if you send him a pm he will send you a copy of the last version.

No problem mate!
Hope I helped a bit... my explanations are not always very clear
I would love to make a sim, but of a machine I would make up, that would have all the elements of play I like rolled into one machine. I am not good enough at programming to complete such a mammoth task though

Thank you for your reply hurtand165!
I`m glad that you`r telling me about the emulator from Barcrest.
The first time I heard about at simulator, was in the erly days of the emulator scene...alex M website and a msn community..also remember somone posting a lot of layouts, I belive the name is Gary.
I remember that a lot of peopel wanted a simulator...anf if there are not any of them who know how to work out a layout for the simulator, I`m afraid I`m the last person that can do it...It has to be real esy, kind af like windows...drag and drop :)
Just wondering why noone has made a layout for the emulator.
It`s not that I don`t want to spent some time working out a layout, it`s just that I realise that I`m not that good at computers.
Thank you
Jesper
