We all know of the granny button bashers hitting those hold buttons like there's no tomorrow..to 'get up' on Party Time or whatever the machine may be..

However i thought id seen everything untill yesterday where 2 granny button bashers took it to a whole new level of insanity...

Picture the scene..there is a Party Time Bingo machine...4 player sit down type..so there she is playing away when she gets 3 nudges..nudges an X into reel 1 an X into reel 3 and let it 'time out' as ye do...

So..while the 'noise' ? of the remaning nudge is going on...shes bashing the start button in time to the noise..party time players will know what im talking about..so the middle reel steps down twice to an X..as it does..

So as the bank is counting up..the start button is getting pressed at lightning speed...next thing..player 3...ittttsss funtime....shes up...then she proceeds to hit all 3 hold buttons as the feature is going on at lightning speed..and she gets what..a quid for 1 line..then off..

Im playing number 1 pishing maself laffing..thinking WTF man..who tells these people that doing that gives you a better feature..did someone start off the rumour and it just built ? or makes the bottom reels give you more..is it just an in-built thing...so fkin funny though..

I see a lot of them about when i am either out in Arcades....all you see if people bashing the buttons and the staff just walk by as they don't care, but when they see kids do it, it's like, "STOP BASHING THEM BUTTONS OR I'LL CHUCK YOU OUT"....especially when as todd said, on PartyTime especially when you get a win, you bash the buttons to try get up, half the time you don't, you just want to laugh.....

Thankfully i have not witnessed such actions..if i had i may feel compelled to go up them slap them right in the face and shout "WHAT THE FK ARE YOU DOING ????" ...

i was in teddys down holderness rd (hull) and this old woman on bullions bars teddy version and she got bars for a quid and shes tapping the top board thinking that its like a partytime so ye i was on number 1 i got up and she gave me the dirtyist look ever lol thought ye hahahaha!

back to the button bashing glass tapping stuff I know it makes no difference if you tap it bash it or kick the s**te outta it which i,ve almost done many times or pray to mecca it only pays what it feels like normally two quid but i do all of the above i even rub or stroke the jackie balloon symbols on the top board to make jp come in which normally it don,t but it,s a great feeling when people or kids are watching you do that and jackie rolls in not once but 2 or 3 times they think he knows what he,s doing but even a blind man with no arms could win on them party times so to the button bashing, glass/light or p time logo tapping or stroking it like a pet may it bring you luck or at least you might think it does NOT!!!!! lol player 1 its youuuuuuuuuuuu tap tap tap tapppppppppppppppppp

i personally think it would be a great idea if we made up our own version ..then spread the word to the grannies just to see how long it takes to become urban law to get onto the top board

as of now every time i play a party time (10p of course) im going to turn my back to the machine and hit the button with my elbow

see how long it takes to hit every amusment arcade in the uk lol

I've seen someone do a handstand and kick the start button at the same time... Not really... but bloody hell that would be funny.

We are all guilty of being needlessly over aggressive from time to time. Haven't we all pressed the button on the remote control harder when the batteries are low. Oh! it's only me...my apologies.

Yep I see this like every 1 else, I see this " Button Bashing " every where!! Even see younger people doing it and the other day at Laysdown on the Isle Of Sheppy I was playing a £5 40p Xs Party Time and 2 kids aged about 10 was saying " Bash the buttons it makes you get up the top " lol. I remeber up Yarmouth a few months ago was sitting on a 5 player £5 Party Time and it was full and every player was bashing the buttons every time they got a win so I thought fook it lets join in for a 1 off!! lol, funny enough I got up the top a few wins later and nearly got sucked in to this twisted Button Bashing colt!! lol, but a few days later I noticed what I thought in the first place..... its just a load of rubbish!!

Right this a wierd thing...was out today for my birthday..so i was having a shot of Party Time bingo...sit down version and there is a wummin on number 2..gets nudges..nudges in 2 JP's and leaves the other one to time out.

While its timing out..shes smashing the cancel button like theres no tomorrow..it times out then holds..so obv she presses start and 3 JP's drop in, starts smashing the cancel button again and it holds..does it again and it holds..£15 in JP's.

So im sitting next to my lad..saying..is that really needed..theres absolutley no need to do that..shes a twat.

So she goes away and number 1 is taking the pish out of me..so as a laff i says..i know whats wrong..im not smashing the cancel button..my lads like aye..thats it lol..next time you get nudges you'll need to do it.

So few spins later..2 Astra's , 3 nudges..nuged down reel 3 twice and started hitting the cancel button to fook..the nudge timed out and the hold buttons lit..we look at each other in shock..WTF !! spin it and 3 Astra's come in for a fiver.

As its counting up..im hitting the cancel button again..and the hold buttons light up again..10 'er ... few spins later it does the same with the JP symbols..hits the cancel button..lights up twice..another £15.

Now..total co-incidence it was gonna happen anyway..or could they have 'something' in that 'method; ..

And the arcade was!!!!! Did you end up winning or losin?Was in Blackpool last week,didnt go ott wth the slots-but never made any cash.Had some good runs out the few token bar x that remain in C.Island
