Ok i have downloaded them unzipped them i have a sony ericson W200i i have looked for a folder called games cannot find the git please can some one tell me how i get them to work ps not a newbee, only to installing games on mobiles lol

Those will not run on a w200i the screen is way too small will be like running a 1280 at 800*600.
Easiest way to get these running is to put them in other and run them from there it will then ask where you want to save them and then ask if you want to run now click yes and it runs it.
By default it saves to the phone card I usually move to phone memory as mine always has loads free and I got the games backed up if I need to reinstall em.

Thanks vamp, I worked it out just after i posted, but unfortunately the versons here are to large for my w200i screen so allthough it will run i cannot play it as there dont seem to be an option for an external monitor on the phone lol. I did as alth said above and what he said about the screen was right lol
