i was thinking,,, it would be excellent if we could load a fruity with say 50 credits all ready to play, (this must be possible in an extra file) then when you have played all credits you can click another button to register your hi score???? maybe even changing the machine for the competition each week??? would be great to see a top ten leader board,,,,,,,, obviously i would be at the top i thought it would be a great way 2 interact with each other + make a few new friends on the way!! pls guys dont just sit there thinking it might work,,,, show your support + then maybe we can compete against each other.

Hi Mark,
This has been done several times in the past on machines....whats new with your idea though is a sort of league.
We are all members here, why don't you start and run it?
If you needed assistance any of us would give you help in setting it up.
The only thing that will be impossible is the 'click and submit score', that i'd think would need be done manually.

this is a idea ive been toying with for a wile now (well the scores in/out part)
it can be done as getting the values(in/out) after the layout is closed is easy also uploading them would be easy too
also getting the app to know which layout is being played shouldnt be a problem (i think)
ill have a little mess around and see what i come up with if i get anywere with it ill upload a quick video to show you what i mean

Thing is we will just have to 'take your word for it' with the high scores as mfme would have to be fiddled about with quite a bit to get some sort of proof from the emulator itself, yeah print screening is an option but its not really that hard to fake somthing.

the way ill be trying to do it is as soon as the layout is closed the values are uploaded (so even if they are changed during play it dont matter as mfme would have saved over the values anyway)
i know thats not 100% safe far from it but more steps can be taken to make it as good as but like i said for now ill just be messing around

i know exactly wot your saying here m8, but i am sure there is a way to do it without messing round with mfme, im trying a few ideas myself, but i keep snapping my pencil in half when it comes to it being fool proof is there a genuine interest in this because if so its only a matter of time before getting the right tools for the job,,,,,,,,,Thing is we will just have to 'take your word for it' with the high scores as mfme would have to be fiddled about with quite a bit to get some sort of proof from the emulator itself, yeah print screening is an option but its not really that hard to fake somthing.

Certain Emulators will have this built in shortly, it was tested in FMEF and worked fine, once the emu is ready for release this is one of the next things on the list to get converted.

player name (log in name on this its TestUser)
Total IN
Total OUT
Layout Name
Total Plays
ill be hunting down some people to test it just to see if the idea works

I can't see anything guys, do you need to be a member to view?
If so I can only see a 'log-in' not a 'sign-up' option.

just being tested to see if it works at the moment
the log in you can see is for the testing account there will be a register function on the final release
just seeing if it works and would be used at the moment
pm me if you like a copy to play with (only does 2 machines at the moment though)
