Bfmulator Help

I have done as you said DAD and created a folder in c drive called club 65 special and have pointed the RAM to there but it doesn't work.
When i click on OK it does nothing...

DAD Daysleepers version works on mine, yours don't! pic attached :

Just took a closer look at the PIC you posted and it looks like you've taken me too literally.

Your RAM file should be pointing to c:\club 65 special and not c:\games\fruit machine\club 65 special

However, if the layout isn't running then that's not the problem because it should still work fine even if the ram location is wrong.

You said that other games run so I'm at a loss to explain it. The only possible cause I can think of is a sound driver problem. Maybe updating your soundcard drivers to the latest version might fix it. Try loading up a few different BFMulator layouts and see if the same problem occurs with them.

I get the exact same error on every game i load through the BFMulator..must be a Win7/Vista thing..press OK though and mine works fine..

Runs fine on my Win7, did on Vista too. No RAM errors either!

Hmmm..that IS wierd then..might be a soundcard driver issue probably the ghey Realtek AC97 problem as you said earlier then DAD.

The only other thing I can think of is a possible problem with the bitmap buffer as I mentioned in this thread - http://www.dadsfme.c....php?topic=16.0
