Can anyone recommend any machines to play/stay from etc? Never been b4, so I take it they do have some machines. Any help appreciated.

It's best to play £5 JP, 10p play machines except the QPS machines.

Play most QPS machines like Crazy Fruits, Medallion Job, Pacman Plus, Cops N' Robbers, Cash N' Burn, etc - £5 JP, 5p play (10p play for 5 winline machines).

AVOID these machines for example:

The Big Cheese/Top Dog/Hi Flyer/Super Star, Dosh N' Pecks/Fireball, any Global machine, Who Wants To Be A Legionaire/Pharoah's Gold, Jungle Bucks, any Vivid machine, Rich Geezer/Mr Money (QPS).

Any Club machines at Butlins Minehead, then play machines like Golden Dragon and Psycho Cash Beast/Big Brother. IF they are there obviously. I will NOT tell you how to make money off them. All I can tell you is the following:

If you get 4 triple bars on Golden Dragon, only continue if you have any steps remaining, a 1 or a 12, or a bonus that prevents a loss like extra life, no lose gamble or lucky 7 (only on 7 though)! Otherwise, you should collect the 4 triple bar win. The machine will probably go quiet for a long time if you continue and it loses.

On Psycho Cash Beast/Big Brother, the hi/lo will ALWAYS lose unless on a 1 or a 12 on gambles from £40 upwards. The machine will not normally allow wins more than £50 so if you hit the £50+rep in zone 5 (green), then take it!

Do not play machines like WWTBAL, Juicy Jackpots, any Global machine, Great Escape.

Be very careful if Bank Roller/Costa Del Cash is there. It can be good but it can be BAD and I mean BAD!

It's best to play club machines for fun and not for a JP to be on the safe side.

There was an Impact rollercoaster £10jp and a £15 Mpu4 cash lines.

Crazy fruits and pacman did the rounds.

Not alot to go on. The front was w.i.p. Dead as, noone about.

Slightly off-topic but as you guys are saying Minehead is crap now i'll say
i got a better deal for some money one time there on a gauntlet 1, spent
about 12hrs for 1 credit

Hi guys,

The machines there were crap!! Full of 5p/10p 5pound JP. There was one small over 18's bit, Had a line of 6 party time machnes, crash bang wallop, one that is the same as crash bang wallop. They were all crap tho, if you go there, dont waste u r money

Minehead used to be the fruit machine capital of Somerset even just under a population of 10,000! But not now. Weston Super Mare is now the capital of fruit machines in Somerset as there is now no Avon. Newquay is the fruit machine capital of Cornwall and Torbay is the fruit machine capital of Devon.
