Purchased last night, will get some photos up later,
Classic Andy Capp. Paid £45 for it, global games / games media from 2008.
It's in very good condition, all bulbs work ok but there's very little info online about it, was this machine a failed test?
All in all very happy with it though.

Is it this one?
If so, is there any chance of dumping the roms if you have the tools?
That's one I've never seen or heard of until I was looking at it on EBAY a week or so ago. I reckon it must be a failed test or something.

That's the one, it's that auction I won, iirc it's an impulse board, I have the manual also.
No idea how to dump the roms tbh though.
Will get some pics inside and out later, and scans of the manual if it will help.

Excellent, good on you for winning.
Thought it might have been an S4 looking at it hence, the dumping question. A rom reader would be needed so if you don't have one never mind!
It looks a really fun game with lots to do, although under the "Andy Capp" brand, it reminded me in some ways of those old Barcrest Las Vegas Strip game with lots of sub games on the main feature board.
Have fun and nice win.

Are these emulatable? If so I don't mind sending the roms off to someone for dumping.

Got this in the local arcade here.
Epoch, 10p / £5JP, very flat profile, and terribly boring gameplay, but this maybe down to the stake / prize it's on.
Dumping roms, think you will be best asking Guitar, as he's pretty close to you lynx, assuming he's got the kit to do it.

I can dump pretty much anything. Have played this before, very similar to the rebuild version of Big Ghoulies, both Epoch, both flat as f*** £6-7 in £5 out. Not a patch on the original machine, but on the bright side its not a DOND.

Ive seen this, like stan says, very flat borning gameplay, 40p boards, doesnt seem too bad on streaks, gives around £15+ usually any Global machines go silly!

I will get the photos up as soon as I can, in the middle of a 12 day 12 hour stint at work at the moment.
Would a scan of the manual be useful as well?

They mainly were on Juice video cabinets but there's been a few classic reel versions too, I had 1 in an arcade for about 6 months, Quite a unique game.

As promised, a couple of photo's and the manual.
I don't know why, but a couple of annomilies have cropped up, on the feature board, you are supposed to be able to choose whether you want to play the bonus games, and how much to stake, whereas on mine it auto plays with a 40p stake.
Also according to the manual, you are supposed to be able to get into a hidden settings menu by putting the machine into test mode, then continuing to hold the red test switch untill you hear another beep, but the other beep never happens.

Think the bet size is only available on the bigger stake / JP's, as I know the £5JP one autoplays as you describe, on the one @ the local arcade here, and same applies with how many winlines to play.
