never won a big prize (apart from on my own machines) in the first credit yet but seen it happen a few times.
Often after someone else lost a load of money, next punter comes along puts in a credit and walks away happy..

re: that big shot, if it spins 9 first move and gives 9 ko's/rb's then the next move will also give the other 9 ko's/rb's ( the one you didnt get the first time I mean ), which will give the top feature which often goes over £25...
so if you ever get that again you'll know not to take the flat £25!

Can't remember too many early JP's (of any big size) from 1st couple of credits.
However I do remember the most surprising JP I've ever won. Playing Club Snakes and Ladders (I think, the Barcrest one with a trail which ends at £20) a friend and I nudged in three triple bars on reels 1, 3 and 4 and the machine held! Pressed Start and sure enough all four came in. A hold after nudge for a £100JP, first and only time I saw it. You can't even get a hold after nudge for £2.40 these days, bloody tight bastards!

A friend of mine last week put £6 (three spins) in the new Astra 20 line win thing and it dropped in a pile of wilds and a pile of sevens, it added it all up to the £500 JP. Its the first time i've ever seen the machine and the biggest jp i've ever seen drop. Jammy Git..............
Well I jumped into the river
Too many times to make it home
I'm out here on my own, an drifting all alone
If it doesn't show give it time
To read between the lines

First time I saw one I got £200 for a £2.50 stake, 1st 50p gave bugger all, so I did a £2 spin. Dropped about 6 winlines worth of 7s using the Wilds aswell. Then the next spin gave a couple of Bar wins, and after one or two last spins at a quid, I got £200.40 out [or £200.50, I can't remember how many 10ps fell out ]
Tried one again, about a week later, again £2 or so in, dropped £75 plus a 3 Party People thing for £12 and another 7s win, so about £105 out that time
Scary damn machines - make sure you only take £10 or so, I've seen people put £100 in one in the space of 3 minutes or so, even I felt ill watching it
