Remember it well, look forward to this mateBeen working on this for a couple of days, and since i've got a new monitor i thought i'd try a 1600 dx for a change and see how it pans out, heres my progress so far,it's like a rat race/win-a-gain clone, but it's 5p play.

Looks good to me, Hopefully another 1600 Dx'er in the making. Had any one who uses a laptop or 17inch monitor taken my advice and tried to play these in a virtual machine. Enabling support for a much higher screen resolution ? Works perfect for me at least all the buttons are easily readable. more sex appeal

Being a new member I was looking around the forums getting a feel of the place and stumbled on this old thread. Living in Blackpool we had plenty of rat race machines and ace chase cabs back in the day but I never came across chase it and in the 80's Blackpool had double the amount of arcades it has now. It looks like a similar design to rat race which was 1 of my all time favourite 2p play machines along side lite a nudge and silver shuffle, so I will take a look at this when I get chance and put an update on with what I think.

Yeah its an exact clone of ratrace but this was the "posh" version and was never on 2p as far as I ever saw. It was always a 5p game and as has already been said it loves doing multiple JPs 2- 4 is its general profile. It might of had a 10p version too but cant remember.

Welcome to Alex's site....hope you are enjoying the reading of all the forums.
I know it's an older thread, may just get me to boot this one up again.
Fond old memories of when machines were fun.
