True, even Linux is not totally immune these days.



Aye my android phone got a virus a while back due to some crappy download i did. it was trying to make the phone call this premium number all the time but orange had not set it up so the call would just end. had to do a full restore to remove the bugger.

todd can i say fook the gui .. eset smart as you know is excellant and combinded with avira free .. i have no problems wat so ever / try my solution for a week if it doesnt work ill show my arse on ur town hall steps .. (but i need proof) .....lolol

Yes, on smart-phones, it's even more of a problem.

Can anyone remember when you connected to the net via dial-up, and some of the auto-dialler viruses about at the time?..... it's that problem all over again :(
