[#10863] You may not download any more files until your other downloads are complete
I've been getting this error today - i'm not using download managers or downloading any files.
Also The site is still not working in IE - it was ok before it was updated...

You should be OK now I've removed the limits on simultaneous downloads as they aren't always cleared correctly when the download has finished.
Don't use IE

OK, Thanks downloads work now
What about random visitors who just get a blank page? I'm using IE8 by the way so it may load in some IE but not others.

i've checked it home and work on different versions and I don't get a blank page. Also it hasn't been reported on the IPB forums that I can see so it might be an isolated problem.
