File Name: Prize Eastenders Dx

File Submitter: Tommy.C

File Submitted: 15 Sep 2011

File Category: M1A

Well heres a dx version of prize eastender based on johnny afc's calssic,Been working on this in sections, just abit here and a bit there,i've had to redraw the button graphics, nudges on bottom glass, the prize thingy at the top etc. Also the reels were taken from photo's so there not perfecto. This machine gives a good game and a really good streak,it normally starts with a big run in the vic, then changes over to the £3 repeater giving loads,i had a £28 run of tokens on the vic and £15 on the repeater,so i think the roms a pretty good.Massive thanks to mrp for the images and roms he supplied in the first place, johnny afc for sending me them and for his classic. For those who can't make it to mrp's amusements you can now have a play on the prize eastenders dx which is closish to being there :) thanks to mort and serene02 for the cab and to mort for checking the layout and other advice, enjoy this is a really good game. Play in mfme 3.2 and it will pay the cash wins in £1 coins instead of 20p's like it does in the other emulatorsPlease not this does not vend prizes! if you choose to vend a prize you win nothing :D press exchange when you get the prize selector and you will recieve a jackpot :)

Class mate-your like a production line wth the slots lol! :err:
Thanks for this Tommy. Was there only ever £6 version of this?
Token slots were the best along with the 2p/5p games.Retro rules :notworthy: :notworthy:

Lol i've been working on this on and off for about 5 weeks just doing bits here and there :) there was a £10 version and £8 version, don't know if they did prize versions though. These roms give a better game than any of the other dx's we have so the other roms must be late revisions.

Oh nice, wasn't expecting that. was thinking to my self after see'ing the classic release why their wasn't a dx. So I'm guessing the difference between prize eastenders & eastendes is the prize's ? or is the game play and sound samples slightly different :p

Only difference is the prize which you don't get :D gameplay depends on the roms these seam to be very good,i played a good few hundred through this and there deffo better than any others we have.

If you listen closely I swear the voices sound more like impressionists of the actors, rather than the original characters.

Smashing DX by the way.

Have you checked the sample rate..because it was too high on mine and sounded like everyone on helium..the default is set to 14000 but that was too high on min..slowed it down to 12800 and its fine now.

Also if you play the layout in mfme 3.2 it will pay the cash wins in £1 coins instead of 20p's like it does in the other emu's

Didnt Dave said for every winner on the emu he would send a prize out

(dont take that seriously cause he didnt actually say it)
