Is it just me who gets irate when i see things like `cannot fly our own flag as we might upset someone` or `no poppys incase we upset the germans` ? this country is such a soft touch its untrue. Immigrants flock in by the ship load, asylum seekers pour in more and more, and who has to live with it?

their are genuine cases where individuals have fled their own homes for fear of death/persecution. Its a sad sorry state and justifiably we have given them homes and a better way of life. but thats such a small percentage, plagued by whole familes who refuse to learn english, and seemingly refuse to co-operate. Handouts from the governmant are a record high, such as rent paid, benefits, even second spouse allowance.

But whos at fault? you cant persecute individuals who are given free handouts, so who do we blame?

I`d like to make something clear her, im not racist, and firmly believe God created man as equals. But when in rome, do as the romans do.

Well the great European dream is falling apart, just as it was always destined to. They lied and stretched the truth to have countries like Sapin and Greece enter the Euro when clearly these countries had basket case economies and would eventually only end up in one place. The Germans look like they have decided to stop paying for the sins of their fathers.

The fact is the world is moving too quickly for the bloated, monolithic and outdated structure the European politicians have built for themselves. The EU falling apart is the first step to the UK regaining powers over itself and then being able to do something about the other issues. Fact is when you hand out some of the best benefits in Europe then immigrants to Europe will head in your general direction.

Wow, I seem to have inadvertently clicked through to the Daily Mail Forum :).

Just to save your confusion, this is a fruit machine emulation site in a sub-forum called any topic chat, which means you can talk about any topic.

Glad to have cleared that up. Hope I helped.

He is not a fecking rainbow sheep red and yellow and pink and blue, purple orange and green. Well I'm sorry I consider my flesh is of a pink colour so it's raciest to sing that too.

I'm not entirely sure that is better. Seems that you can post anything that is presumptuous and slightly condescending as long as you finish it with lol or a smiley smiley. For the record I have never visited the Daily Mail forums and was unaware of their existence until your initial post. I was also unaware that be anti-immigration and anti-europe and to try and have some pride in your country that the Daily Mail and their forums had to be on your compulsary reading list. Thanks, but I'll pass on that.

Perhaps you would like to post a response to actual topic raised, or have we reached the sum total of your insight already?

Fair play, well in that case I totally disagree with comments that effectively boil down to "send them all home".

"If they don’t like it they can f*** off back to their own countries, oh wait they wont they wont get benefits, houses, everything paid for them back in banana/terrorist world" implies to me that people who come to the UK are being labelled as either terrorists or being somewhat backwards. I work in the IT sector, and if we couldn't bring qualified technical people in from outside the UK to get projects moving we'd still (for example) be looking into this new 3G thing as a future project.

OK, there are people who come here for a free ride, no doubt. Then again, how many of the indigenous population could also be described in the same way. As for the poppies - one of the factors that swung it for the FA was the support of the German FA to the appeal. It would appear that they have moved on in their outlook - maybe it's about time we did to?

Yesterday 57 EDL (english defence league) were arrested in London in case they kicked off, yet they let Muslim extremists burn poppies and British flags and the police did nothing about it. There will come a day when people say enough is enough and we rise up against thes extremists and the blind lying goverment who bow down to Islamic Scumbags. Before any of you jump on the "your a rascist" bandwagon, let me tell you I'm not. I admire the Pakistani way of family life. Their fore fathers came here to work, and work they did, long hours and low pay. What they have now they have worked bloody hard for it. What I object to is the arseholes who are flooding this country and claimning every benifet going although they have never paid a penny into the system they are rapeing. Haveing paid tax and national insurance for over thrity years, I would not get half the benefirs they get, where is the justice in that.
When it kicks off I will stand shoulder to shoulder with my fellow man and fight for what is right. Oh and they go on and on about their human rights, what about the human rights of the poor bastards they have killed with their suicide bombs, where are their victims human rights to stay alive. Suicide bombers are cowards.

Come here to post jokes, oh and to play the occasional frutie.

It begins to become a bit of a farce when a British's schools first language is not English. P.s. I've had the recent misfortune of being made redundant along with 89 other workers. I get £67.50 A week. Worked all my days. Paid all my taxes. Mmmmmm if only i were foreign! I think i should appeal as surely it's against my human rights as i can't eat healthily on that amount of money!

That's certainly not ideal, but it's hardly the norm either. It's strange as well as the kids in my son's school who did not speak English learnt incredibly quicky. Within 6 months they were all fluent - surprised me. As for £67.50 a week, that just takes the mickey. Workers who have paid in should get more than those who did not when made redundant. Good luck with the job search!

Thanks. It's not ideal. I think i will go to (several countries which will remain namless) and express my fondness of living there....... How much would i get.... A swift kick in the gentlemans area and punted back on the first cheapest train! This country has got it all wrong. Stop giving to foreign countries because it makes you look good. Make sure your own people are sorted first! p.s. i am not racist, just think things should take priority.....

just finished work and looking through the replies.

their are plenty of people with the attitude of `send the buggers back` which is why i said that their are indeed genuine asylum seekers. their are genuine long term un-employed, and genuine disabled, but their will always be those on both sides of the fince who deliberatly cheat the system.

perhaps rather than `send the buggers back` they should not be paid full stop, food tokens given, and they have to work to earn the right for that roof over their head. i think you will find they will make thier own way home soon enough and inform the other 20 in their family its not worth coming over.

on the also related topic, i vote to come out of the EU.

Nails you'll know about this as it's a local issue.

Three weeks back in Hassocks a young man was knocked down and killed during the early hours, the driver not even stopping.

Last week a White van in the incident was found in Worthing, apprears it was owned by someone who'd claimed POLITICAL ASYLUM.

So what's that got to do with it you may ask?

Thing is the bloke has vanished, believed he has gone home........erm wait a minute.......was he not whilst as home being persecuted?

______________Now on the other side_______________

It's weird how when threads like this are replied to that 9 out of Ten times you see people add "i'm not racist", and in no way am I suggesting you are but it does raise a couple of pointers....

Do we not see any born and bred UK citizens who are far too fucking lazy to ever get off their arses and earn their way?.....they kind of get an ahhh they are ALLOWED to be here though attitude and get forgotten about in these topics.

Deep down are we a nation of racist's?, or are we just proud of our Country?......all too often people moan and suggest they want to leave the UK....then when we go somewhere what's to say the locals there don't see US as we see those at home?

Darienne is a prime example of my next point....I know you work your butt off and you pay your way...you ask nothing from the Country you abode in. My local paper shop has been ran by English people since I was a sperm and closed at 6pm and 12pm on a Sunday. Its just been taken over by foriegners...have to say I love it!!!.........everyday they are open 'till 8pm, so when I finish work I can now just pop in there other than travel 3 miles to the closest Co-Op.

Don't matter what colour, race or creed you are....let's face it the UK is and always will be in a mess...we vote in x,y and z and nothing get's done with peoples suggestions and it appears that we just pick at straws in order to satisfy ourselves that we know the solution....we should have listened to Enoch Powell?....

The freedom of borders has given good and bad....I see more good, though that gets overlooked......and only the bad get's noticed?....Wasn't that Hitlers downfall?

you have some good points there ady. there are far too many spongers out there taking the system for all its worth, i did point that out from the start. they rely on benefits and look forward to their money they can spend - curtesy of the state. money should be a minimum, the rest are vouchers for each address for gas, water and leccy. housing benefit is a fantastic way to screw the state also, this needs to be looked into far far deeper.

but where do you start, do we start with the ethic english or start with the visitors?

as for your local paper shop, its odds on (like many others) the money goes straight into their pockets and is not taxed - imho.

our problems are enough, without having to look after other peoples.
