Hi all,
I'm trying to run partytime club but having no luck. When i first open it, i get three blank reels on the playable middle fruity. After setting reels to background in edit mode, i get a x on the first reelband, an x on the second reelband and an x with a o over the top on the third reelband. On trying to play the machine, none of the reels spin but i do get all the sounds as if they are spinning and landing.........Confused 8O .......not half as confused as i am trying to write this so it makes sense :-?
All help greatly appreciated. Running on windows ME if that makes any difference.
Thanks.

never heard o that one b4...i done the dx on that machine and it was set up to laod with the correct layering applied..ie not needing to set anything to a backround....
a re-downloaded it and had no probs at all....
i done it on win-xp but don,t think that would make a difference.

Gives me an excuse to download something, I'll see if I get a similar problem!

Works fine over here, quite a funny little machine :D

EDIT] Might depend on graphics card, version of Direct X, and also, the fact you have the worst operating system known to man!!

Lol, I'm just saying that the last thing the world needed to bring in the millenium was a glorified copy of Windows 98 without all the bloody holes plugged and a snazzy new name!

I've not used anything but 2000 Professional and XP [Home and Professional] in the past 4 years ['cept Linux Mandrake 9>10 and Slackware 9], and life on my computer has never been better!

The computer itself is rarely the problem. I'd say anything above an 800MHz PIII / Athlon should handle all the games reasonably, but I would recommend 256mb RAM minimum, and preferably NOT onboard graphics, but they should work ok :)

I guess I'm biased, I just built my sister an Athlon 1800, 256mb RAM, 60GB HDD, CD-RW, Onboard Geforce 2 and Onboard Sound, New 17" monitor, New Keyboard/Mouse/Speakers and set up Broadband, all for under £200.

Building a computer has never been easier :)
