Its taken me over £60 to get a feature on a £1 a spin dond that must have been bled dry as it only gave me game over with an offer of £2.50 and £35 on a 10p £5 jackpot machine thats 350 spins of nothing albet it did give a GOTW for £10
Machines can do this and when they do you will think its been rigged but has probably just paid out a very large streak and is recovering it's %
Look at rainbow riches you can go for as much as £800 without the men pots or wells, its just the way it is m8,

Badly designed £5 machines are prone to this. Machines that were designed with a larger jackpot in mind, and the £5 option not being properly coded. £5 Barcrests have always been a bit dodgy. As robinhood said, it probably had just paid several jackpots and was recovering %.

I hate £5 Jackpot machines they always rip you off you have more chance of putting more than the jackpot is worth to even get a feature and this is on most machines. I remember whacking £100 through a £5 jackpot machine once and nearly every board was tacking £3-£6 to get a feature basically it was playing like its £25 jp Cousin. it was "Beaver Las Vegas" in a bowling hall in Northampton i have only had one decent experience on £5 jackpot setting and that was on a Party Time 3 player every win just kept going up it was going nuts. Anyway i don't play machines any more as i have said before i have seen the light and if i did ever again it would never be a £5 setting or a £70 these are the biggest rip offs ever.

I dont know what your complaining about really..all machines do this , pay out on cycles..just because usually it only costs you £9 for a £10 feature it dosent mean to say its gonna happen all the time.
I was playing the very same machine .. well not THAT one , but an All fired Up in Skegness when i was down there in the summer..one night i went in put £1 and got a £21 All fired up streak.
Next night went in..took about £12 off me for a feature that was blocking at about £2.40 , the fact is with all machines you just need to catch them at the right time..or have enough dosh on you to make them go on their run.

What good timing for a thread about tight machines should be made at this moment in time! im currenty playing indiana jones on my laptop, classic version £10jp and ive put in now nearly £200 and STILL it wont give me the big repeater! Its offered me a few £10s on nudgepot but this machine has to be the tightest one going.

Just because the jackpot is £5 it don't mean you will get a feature every £2 or 3 quid, I think thats most peopels conception of the fiver jackpoters. It's a machine it can do what it likes when it likes,

I've found the Bellfruit £5jp are very reminiscent of this behaviour. I remember once getting 'Go all the way' about 6 or 7 times on I'm a Celebrity Get Me out of Here back to back and getting over £40, the same happened recently on Jiggy Bank for over £30. However, despite realising these streaks, I was once stung on the Im a Celeb for £15, getting on the board and dying on the first go - they really are badly programmed machines.

I've been stung on £5 jackpots many times. However I was playing Monopoly Road to Riches on £5, which normally gives you up to £1 before killing you and I got the top feature and it went for about £40.
Bet that didn't pay out for months afterwards!!!!!!
An other point, what's the funniest thing anyone has seen with a fruity? I mean, for example, I saw some kids lose all their money on a Cat & Mouse JPM a few years back (ok, probably longer than that!) and they started attacking it with pool cues. I found it hilarious, but the arcade owner clearly didn't!
