File Name: SUPERSTREAK DX
File Submitter: dannypyeman
File Submitted: 13 Dec 2011
File Category: MPU 5

Here is my first attempt to make a DX which i chose superstreak because its an easy one to start and also
because i loved this machine back in my days of gambling but now this machine is almost 'extinct' out in the wild
and his heading in the way of the dinasour. Also the I spent more time on the flyer than the lamping itself, notice the
eaten away missing chunk of the top of the machine has been filled, I also edited the bottom left of the machine so it looks cleaner.
The "Streak" button was also removed as this was idle during gameplay and streaks are done using the "Start" button.

Many thanks to vectra, tommy and thunderstorm for test playing. Set on 98% and 30p/£25 Jackpot, its quite full so expect a nice
red streak upon download and its also showtime free :) Shortcuts are the usual obvious ones:
0 - Insert £1
SPACE - Start
1/2/3 - Hold & Nudge
C - Collect & Cancel

Oh and lastly, please wait for a few seconds once this game is loaded and has configured itself otherwise if you insert £1 straight away
it will give you a coin error alarm, so its usualy best to wait a few seconds until the coin slot lights up.

Happy playing!

Not at the Bingo club's I go to lol...

Thanks for this, please accept the following positively...

Why buttons when you can use clickable lamps and i'd alter the reel size to about 130 to put them in proportion.

Is it MPU5?, I honestly thought it was 4?

The original version i sent out to the playtesters had clickable lamps for buttons but they wouldnt configure correctly and the collect button would randomly decide to act as the start button.

Cheers danny thanks for this DX. As ady said this game is still well used in bingo halls due to the fact it's the grannies favourite. We have some £5 jackpots £10 jackpots and £25 jackpots. I think in the copy you sent me danny the same key had been used for some reason thats why they was getting messed up. Cheers again.

Change the speed in settings. That should sort it out and try not to hold the coin in down for too long.

okies...I really am not going to get many friends here, but theres something that need saying...

Danny has had help no-end from creators and DX'ers, this release and others could have been a lot better....but advice is just ignored....

I can't for the life of me see how it's an improvement....mabey on danny's releases but certainly not on any general release made before....if it's not the latter then thats not clearly defined....

danny, good on you matie doing it all....but please please listen to any help given.

I agree with you that i didnt get more people involved and it could have looked better, notice the grainy lamps on the streaks board i tried everything from using symbols from other layouts to photoshopping them off the flyer and still i couldnt get the alignment in the lamps dead on accurate so it was for the best to just leave it how it was. and i also wanted to get this out of my hands but as far as im concerned it looked ok and playable enough. but i will take your advice in the future to ask for help from others! Remind me next time and i will let you testplay it beforehand!

Bit on the small side for my liking...bad eyesight, but at least it's one that I've actually played in the wild, which makes a change.

Cheers.

Congratulations on your first DX layout... hopefully take some of the positive criticism on board to help you for the future releases you do. Don't ignore the advice given, they can be very valid points, and if you fail to take heed of them, then your layouts will be slated in the end and probably you won't receive the help and support you do now.

you show promising talent for the future of FME. :)
All The Best
