I'm just playing Hi Jinx at the mo, I'll get Hot Rod later :)

Anyway, I hate Hi Jinx. It is an awful bloody machine and I have no idea why Barcrest dared to release it. I've taken the layout you released, changed it to 30p/£10/98%, and after £56 in it offered the Supa Streak. I have no idea of how to collect but I'll find out soon!

Graphically it is an excellent release. Even the reel masks are great, the text on the feature 'grid' is pretty clear, it's just a shame that the gameplay is non existant :(

I mean, I finally get 1 space away from the JP after £58in, £4out. I have 3 bones. I get a dog, which takes off a bone, I then get 1 cash added [which is about £3 at this point], and then get Game Over from a ? space. The Bone idea is as much bloody use as 'bodyguard' on the Club Vegas type Barcrest club machines.

Having said that, I'll be playing it for a bit longer - maybe it'll grow on me?

EDIT ]

Right, the second I posted this message, the following happened :

1x IM [says Here Boy, Here Boy!] on feature entry, gives Streak straight away and then gives the JP by going across the board at the top. JP with NO repeat.

Next spin gave TrueSkill Stoppa [Hold cancel, they cash amounts go up in order, just stop it on £10], and the JP actually repeated!!

Total, £58 in £34 out. Not the end of the world, and a happyish ending.

Anyway, I'll give this layout a 9/10. Simple reason : No matter how good the layout is, I can't stand the bloody game!!

I know I'll like Hot Rod when I finally get round to downloading it :)

Hot Rod is one of the best releases I've seen in ages, I was going to do it but I remember the flyer was either in a mess or was from the wrong angle or something. Anyway, this is far better than I could have done!

I'll just give it 10/10. I like £6 Token JP machines, and the graphics really do the machine justice!

Thanks RB. Top notch job on both of them as always.
Have only downloaded hot rod as that was in serious need of an update, don't understand the hi jinx release, unless a personal fave, as DAD already has a luscious 1280 WDX out there that couldn't really be improved upon.

Being a completely and utterly selfish bastard, I wish you skilled layout authors would concentrate on those layouts that need updating instead of recreating the wheel!

I have a list of those DX's that look a bit ropey if that helps.

Thanks for HotRod - smashing!

Someone on another forum requested an updated hijinx...i did a search here and on Dads, Pooks,Scorpz websites to see if there was an existing dx or not dads site was (and still is) offline so didnt see his dx but as this is a diffrent option of play and revised jackpot i released it any way...

PM me the list and i will see what i can do..... :)

THANKYOU for HotRod, was in need of nicer DX.

Also, if anyone is on the lookout for a layout that needs a good DXing. Empire's "The Gambler" ;)

Also Son Of Dracula, cos the current layout is awful. (and mine)
