You found it on ebay and couldnt stop laughing.. that didnt stop you bidding for the item ?

Time left: 2 days 20 hours
3-day listing
Ends 24-Sep-04 11:02:04 BST
Add to Calendar
Start time: 21-Sep-04 11:02:04 BST
History: 1 bid (£0.99 starting bid)
High bidder: aarongale_uk ( 39) <----- HERE

You really believe its going to work ? ever hear of machines that were fitted with alarms in the event that something was trying to interupt the signal on the main pcb the alarm would sound and the pub owners would then call the police ?

Of course you point it at the machine and click and bingo the alarm goes off and you get done by the police.. top job.

ONLY A FOOL WOULD BELIEVE SUCH BULLCRAP

Yeah, he's definitely the seller! Seems to be a bit of an unscrupulous dealer too! Especially since whats being sold is just a car key-fob! Lol.

Real Fruit Machine testers DO work, I've got one myself, but I only use it on my own machine. That is NOT a real one!

use your brain do you really think i would use this on a pub machine, i bid on it thinking it was a proper one then retracted my bid! i was going to ues it on my own fruit machine 'rogan dosh', i realise i was stupid to think that a s**t key fob would work! i thought it was a proper one in different casing but i was sadly worng.....

Yes. Its called 'Shill Bidding'. And I'm going to reserve judgement on this one as many people think that I am a git :)

Suffice to say that no, it will not work. You would be wasting your money. Even buying one that you 'think' is real will not guarentee that it works. You really think that you get a guarentee on a device to commit fraud? 'Your honour, I bought this for £200 and it won't let me rip off all the machines in the area - can I have my money back?'

My Advice: DONT USE EM!

so let's get this straight (as noone has made the totally obvious observation.

He says he was bidding on that item to buy it, but didnt notice it was a car remote.

Thats act one of stupidity.

However, think about it like this.

Why ON EARTH would you bid on something on ebay and then be STUPID enough to make a thread saying *a must see*

must see it why? because you want to be outbid on it? or because you were stupid enough to think it may work.

Naah, noone could be that f*****g stupid.

Seems you wanted to attract attention to it after youd bid it up yourself a bit, and if you didnt and you were stupid enough to either bid on it or think it would work then I pity you.

True Rob, but I saw the link and there was a certain name that cropped up a couple of times....and when the feedback is only 75% with 8 sell's, yet ony One name which repeatedly gave good comments thats also a give away. I wish I hadn't altered the original post now as it has attracted a little interest in the right direction, I only didn't want this guy (or whatever) to rip any FME people off, although 99.9% of us know better.

Don't worry, there's enough info in this thread to find it on eBay - to be totally frank, I'm more interested in the seller's username (wonder if he's got six of those left...), but that's just me

Perhaps it'd be a good idea to have a notice telling people that there will be no advertising/discussions surrounding the use of illegal devices on machines - ok, they are legal to own, but to use them on a machine which is not your own?

Oh, and heres something aswell. People that say they want them for their own machines - how f**king idle are you?!!

Open bottom door.
Insert Refloat Key.
Press 'Dump Float' button.
Press 'Start'.

You can't tell me that its worth buying a bloody central locking plip for that now, surely?!!

Right so answer me this.

Your not the seller, ok we got that clear but there is 1 bid on the item.

"History: 1 bid (£0.99 starting bid)
Highest bidder: aarongale_uk ( 39)"

So the 1 bid which is also the higest was made by Aarongale_uk holy shit look at your username on here..

Now where is the confusion ?

And whats the need for "Post subject: Pgamblin.....half wit"

If were gonna get personal then Post Subject Arron seeking acceptance for being a prick who has to ask for fruit machine cheats on a site dedicated to emulating fruit machines.

Im usually the quiet one but if you have nothing better than to ask for cheats then sod off to some cheat page and stay there.

Why do we take offence when people sign up to the site and their first post is OOH tell me how to cheat on this machine.

Ive been on this scene for a few years now and people dont seem to realise what we do here. We have a community here dedicated to emulating fruit machines for the general public to play.

The grattitude we get is from the more regular members who realise just how much effort goes into the layouts that they make.

Tell me Aaron how many roms and emulators have you downloaded from here since you signed up in november 2003 ? and yet your first post was about this ebay thing and cheats for a machine.

Im sure i speak for all the other layout designers here when i say a little thanks goes a long way. When you sign up to this site and ask for cheats it pisses us "Constructive" members off because you jump right past the good things that are on offer and start taking the piss.

If you had posted is this emulatable it would of been a whole different ball game but people always hit a nerve when they sign up and the first post is any tips on *******.

Were not all short tempered here but you have to realise just what this site is all about. Once youve been on here a while then sure we'll offer help if your stuck on a machine or just want playing tips but if all you want is cheats for a machine then there are pleanty of clubs out there that offer this sort of info.

Fruit-emu... whats it stand for ? Fruit machine emulation not Fruit machine cheats for people who wanna sign up for an account JUST to ask for a cheat for the machine in the local kebab house.

Sorry if this seems rude but of the years i have been here i have watched countless people come here and ignore whats on offer and immediatly ask for cheats. These people do not realise just what this site is about and in my opinion should be banned but thats just me.

So if you have a question on Emulation or roms I'll be the nicest guy you ever met but if you come here asking for cheats then you will get nothing but negative feed back.

Now you understand ??
