ok here's the deal,,,,, its absolutely true i am giving away 1000 (one thousand euros) to anyone that can introduce me to a buyer for my house in france that results in a sale!!!!! it is a large 5 bedroomed farmhouse, with a seperate gite + nearly 1.5 hectares of land approx 3.75 acres.. ive also just dropped the guide price from 99k to 90k but will still consider sensible offers!! i kid you not, this is an absolute steal, a real gem but anyone thinking of actually buying needs to be pretty quick!!! i am trying to find a buyer in the next 2 weeks :-) no timewasters please as its a very distressing time for my family at the moment. thanks for looking

Maybe post some pics, or a link to a listing somewhere? I'm not familiar with the French housing market, but it seems rather cheap. Where in France is it?

will do im on the case right now,,,,,,, also forgot to mention that as a private sale the buyer would benefit from NO ESTATE AGENTS FEES a saving of approx 9k!!! the sale is still conducted by a notaire + all performed very efficiently. the house is in Desertines,, the postcode is 53190,,,, the house name is Les Joncherets + easily viewable on google earth or just plain google. will try + get the link up asap. similar houses are between 150-200k but rare to have as much land as mine :-) to put the hole thing into perspective at 2euros a square metre,,,,, the plot is worth 28k + thats without the house!!! yes i am giving it away due to very sad family matters
